This acquisition adds to PwC’s strength in humanizing organizations to create a better workforce for the future.  Our neuroscience-based solutions will now form part of PwC’s capability offerings to organizations looking to transform, upskill and reimagine leadership and workforce engagement and productivity.

Over the years, you – our clients, have come to us with increasing need and curiosity in neuroscience-based leadership tools and our psychological safety curriculum. We quickly realized the demand for our solutions, had reached a scale and speed beyond our current capacity. You told us your leaders need to think differently and engage in inclusive ways to inspire their people to innovate and collaborate in a new way of doing business. And you told us you need learning solutions that are deeply relevant and insightful, promote desired behavior change, and are available to an increasingly virtual workforce. Well, we heard you.

As of June 10, 2022, PwC has acquired the Noesis online courseware, programs, and assessments. Jane will join the firm to help spearhead their growth in this high demand market. Wendi will continue to manage the Noesis executive coaching services and support PwC with knowledge transfer and integration, while also taking on new ventures of her own.
